Cost-effective
Membership offers a cost-effective solution for organizations and their researchers when publishing in our range of open access journals. The different types of Membership offer various solutions to ensure organizations benet from the most suitable and cost-effective pricing plan to t with their requirements and budgets.
Revenue
The main reason for researchers not publishing in open access journals, although most of them became aware of that their research eld benets from OA is lack of funding for the article processing charge (APC). A revenue model for Open Access (university providing funds for the articles written by its faculty) should ideally be created. Many institutions (such as CERN) and universities (such as MIT, Harvard, Simon Fraser University, Stellenbosch University, Trinity College) adopt different COPE (Compact for OA publishing equities http://www.oacompact.org/compact/) policies that then encourage their researchers to provide open access to their work, green or gold, no later than a year after publication, or that incremented funding may be obtained by researchers to pay open access fees.
The Main Vision of OMICS Group is to Make Healthcare and Scientic Information Open Access
