INFORMATION FOR till 20 Dec 2012 @ Rs. LATE ENTRIES will be acceptedEXHIBITORS 1500 per dog for both shows Eligibility Only dogs registered with the Kennel Club of India may compete. Monorchid and Cryptorchid dogs are not allowed to compete. NO R.A.F. ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED The club has sole discretion to refuse entry for the show without assigning any reason. Entry fee Rs. 1000 /- per dog for 18th and 19th Championship Dog Show. Price includes catalogue cost. Vet Examination All Dogs must be examined by the Veterinary Doctors, at the entry gate, for mandatory health check. The Veterinary Certificate should be produced on demand. Awards Challenge and Reserve Challenge Certificates, Best of Breed and Reserve Best of Breed Certificates of the Kennel Club of India will be awarded. These awards will have value in claiming the Championship Title for a Dog or any other Trophy instituted by Kennel Club of India. Penalty All wilful misrepresentation regarding ownership, age, name, pedigree etc. Of all dogs entered and / or prepared for exhibit in contravention of the K.C. I. Regulations, will be liable for disciplinary action by the K.C.I.

Objection Objections will be decided by the show committee in accordance with the K.C.I. Regulations. The objection fee of Rs. 1000/- is refundable if the objection is upheld valid by the Show Committee, if turned down, the fee will be forfeited. Caution Exhibitors are requested to make themselves familiar with the K.C.I. Rules & Regulations for Shows, copy of which may be obtained from the Secretary, K,C.l. On Payment of Rs. 25/-. Exhibitors are cautioned that any entry in the wrong class or breed will disqualify the exhibit When filling the entry read all the instructions carefully Enter Puppy Dog first. JUNIOR HANDLING COMPETITION Junior Handling Competition shall be held before Best in Show Judging Children between 12 - 16 years are allowed to compete Application may be sent in advance along with fee of Rs. 50 IMPORTANT NOTICE

A dog imported from abroad shall be entered in that category in which it is eligible according to its age and also in Open Class All exhibits with unknown parentage will not be allowed to compete for Best in Show Bred in India and Best Puppy in Show The club is not liable for any infection, illness, injury or loss of life caused to the exhibitor or exhibit because of participation in the show Any misbehaviour on part of spectator, their associates/ handlers/ owner will be dealt with strictly and they will be removed from the show ground. The judges decision will be final and no complaint in this regard will be entertained Double handling is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated by any person, the Ring Steward in consultation with the Show Secretary can get the Dog removed, after a prior warning According to extant rules of the KCI, A Runner up to BOB irrespective of sex will be chosen in place of BOS
