SOCIAL CONTEXT
Kranti rescues daughters of sex workers and
rehabilitate them in a home which acts as a Home Away from Home. All girls are given formal education and have liberty of deciding and choosing their own carrier path. They are well counselled and are well healed in the process of rehabilitation. The facilitators of Kranti give strength in wings of revolutionaries so as they can face society with self

confidence and high morals.


Looking at these successful women, society will learn to value women for their capabilities and intellects and not just their bodies. GROUP - 04

DESIGN BRIEF
Assuming that 20 revolutionaries are occupying the house we propose that they are divided into group of 5 according to age group. Thus 4 groups are formed.

20 revolutionaries = 5 + 5 + 5 + 5
In a group there will be a revolutionary of each age group . Responsibilities are shared according to that hierarchy. Once a group is made that group will be responsible for stipulated chores of house in a week. Each group will have a monitor and she will be selected according to her age. That group will be responsible for every activity that takes place in the house.

A body works rhythmically. And brain is the stakeholder in the system of body which monitors other parts like the limbs.

In our system each group which is a monitoring stakeholder[brain] in one week is consumer[limb] in other three weeks of month. Heart being founders of Kranti. ONE MONTH

Each group consists of five girls ranging from eldest to younger amongst all.
GROUP 1 Eldest Every group is assigned for a week of every month.

Remaining 2 / 3 days ( 30/31 day month ) of a month shall be kept for internal elections, making schedule of each and every work, giving credits and discussions.
During a week, 4th and 5th girls i.e. youngest one will help remaining volunteers of the group.

3 Middle

1. ( Eldest ) Will organize a week schedule.

Making a budget plan for a week, Deciding food menu including breakfast, lunch and dinner, self defense classes, organize guest speaker as a guide for marketing.
