Enterprises, Suleiman Shopping Complex Dalgate, Srinagar (authorized Business Partner/Dealer), who have supplied the Desktop/Laptop computers, Printers and All-in-one Desktop on current/valid DGS&D approved Rate Contract or on Company Rate List to Srinagar Municipal Corporation pursuant to Supply Order Nos: SMC/PPS/396-402 & SMC/PPS/396-402 placed with the Principal Company M/S Hewlett Packard India Sales Pvt. Ltd. read with Letter No: SMC/PS/697-700 dated: 06-09-201 and Supply Order No SMC/PPS/466-70 Dated.30.06.2012 & 10.07.2012 placed with M/S K.S. Enterprises, Suleiman Shopping Complex Dalgate, Srinagar (authorized Business Partner/Dealer) do hereby agree :1- That M/S K.S. Enterprises, Suleiman Shopping Complex Dalgate, Srinagar (authorized Business Partner/Dealer) will cover the Warranty on all Hewlett Packard items supplied as per above mentioned supply order during the specified Warranty period. 2- Accordingly, for all the supplied items bearing the following Serial Nos. services will be provided during the period of Warranty exclusively by us in coordination with our Principal Company M/S Hewlett Packard India Sales Pvt.
