Doka USA Announces New
CEO Andrew Mair
Formwork engineering and prod-
ucts company Doka USA has named
Andrew Mair its new CEO, the Little
Ferry, N.J.-based company reports. As
the firm’s former managing director,
Mair was responsible for all United
Kingdom operations with additional
involvement in training staff from
other countries. He has more than
two decades of experience in the

construction industry.
“Building on my extensive knowledge of the
formwork industry and tenure at Doka, it is a
great honor to assume the position of Doka USA
CEO,” Mair says. “Under my leadership, it is my
intention to enhance our customers’ competitive
edge with our high-performing formwork tech-
nology and extensive service offerings.” He
Curt Westberg replaces Dan Winters, who retired in July.
Seattle-based Dexter + Chaney, developer of
Spectrum Construction Software used by build-
ing firms throughout the United States, has pro-
moted Curt Westberg to vice president of sales
and Bill Neel to vice president of development.
Westberg, who joined the firm in 1994,
previously was national sales manager. Neel, a
Bill Neel company employee since 1992, was develop-
ment manager. The two men also have become
part owners of Dexter + Chaney, which has been
experiencing record revenue hikes, the compa-
ny says.
“Curt and Bill have been instrumental in
our growth over the years,” says John Chaney,
Nancy Finn president and cofounder. “Their promotions
recognize their past efforts, and position them
as leaders of our future sales and product development activ-
ities. I’m confident they’ll provide new energy, ideas and lead-
ership to help fuel the company’s future growth.”
Nancy Finn has joined Fort Myers, Fla.-based J.L. Wallace
Inc. and Royal Corinthian Homes as assistant controller. She
is responsible for subcontractor and recurring payables for
both firms, and has more than 21 years of experience. ■
