he adds. “They came here and parked on
site,” Lutz says.
The magnitude of the project was anoth-

tains 12,000 tons of refrigeration equip-
ment, Lutz says. Also, because Western
Dairies contains 35,000 feet of pipe, RHP
faced the challenge of fitting the piping
without interfering with other internal sys-
