ACTUAL LIFTING SCHEDULE
Lifting Schedule: The final lifting schedule will depend on the number of entries in specific weight categories. All participants will be notified by e-mail of the final schedule around January 18. The preliminary schedule is listed above:

Awards: Awards will be given to 1st - 3rd place in each weight class. Each place will be given a bag full of lifting related items including clothing, free Gold's Gym memberships and much, much more! Custom T-Shirts: All competitors will receive a free t-shirt .Please be certain to indicate your size on your entry form. If you wish to order additional shirts, they can be pre-ordered for $15 each when you send in your entry.

WEIGH IN SCHEDULE
Saturday 12:30pm -1:30pm Lifting begins at 2:00pm. You MUST weigh in between the above times in order to qualify to lift. When completing your registration form, you choose your weight class by having your weight be below the chosen weight class. For instance, if you weigh 167 lbs, you enter the 181 lbs weight class. Your weight is between 165 lbs and 181 lbs. Lifting Attire: All competitors must wear a one piece lifting suit or a wrestling singlet, shoes and a T-Shirt. If this is your first competition, shorts will be allowed but they must not cover any part of your knee and the waist band must sit at your waist (not below). No Velcro or 6 lifting belts are allowed. No hats or gloves are allowed on the lifting platform. You MUST also wear socks that come up to your knees, and shoes or deadlift slippers. Weight Classes in pounds: Women: (97 y & teen only), 104, 114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198 and 198+ Men: (114 y & teen only), 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 220, 242, 275, 275+ Divisions: (note: these are different classes than you may be familiar with) Open = An option for participants of any age.
