Please join us for brunch by calling 816-561-7740 for reservations. This menu is

Soup du jour: Cabbage and potato with wild rice. cup $5.00 bowl $7.00

Café Trio: Tuna salad sandwich on whole wheat bread, cucmber and tomato salad, and
cup of soup $11.50

Brioche French toast with fresh berries, applewood-smoked bacon, and Vermont maple
syrup

Café benny with poached eggs on crab cakes, roasted potatoes and lemon hollandaise*

Omelet with prosciutto, Brie and caramelized onions $12.00

Kobe corned beef hash with sautéed spinach, poached eggs, and Hollandaise $12.00

Open-faced hot Kentucky brown with oven-roasted turkey, applewood-smoked bacon,


tomato, and cheddar-Mornay sauce on sun-dried tomato bread $12.50
