Hank Ratner, President and CEO

Hank J. Ratner is president and chief executive officer of The Madison Square Garden Company (MSG), which includes Fuse TV among several other successful networks. Mr. Ratner conducts the operations of the business. Mr. Ratner is also alternate governor to the NBA and NHL on behalf of the New York Knicks and New York Rangers. Before being named president and CEO, Mr. Ratner served as MSG's vice chairman for seven years. Throughout his career at MSG, Mr. Ratner has been influenced the strategic direction for MSGs multi-faceted business. Mr. Ratner has also formulated MSGs integrated business approach, designed to capitalize on MSGs combined ownership of venues, entertainment and sports content, by strategically aligning these assets to work together to foster the greatest entertainment experience for all parties involved. Mr. Ratner joined Cablevision, MSGs original parent company, as assistant general counsel in 1987. Mr. Ratner was later promoted to the position of vice chairman of Cablevision before he was named named vice chairman of MSG in 2003. Previously, Mr. Ratner was a legal associate with Sullivan & Cromwell. He received his bachelor's degree JD with distinction from Emory University.

M elissa Orm ond serves as president of Madison Square Garden Entertainment, overseeing daily all aspects of the entertainment division. Ms. Ormond oversees the operations of the Bookings and Productions areas, which include all concert and event bookings at the company's venues. She also oversees all marketing and brand development efforts. Prior beginning her career at MSG in 1995, Ms. Ormand spent ten years with House of Blues Entertainment, Universal Concerts, and MCA Concerts, Los Angeles. She promoted several national music tours during that time. Ms. Ormond has received numerous awards over her career, including being named one of Billboard's 2010 Women in Music.
