This Information Evening will cover Employment & Support Allowance (ESA), including the ATOS assessments appeals and the transfer of claimants off the previous Incapacity Benefits. We will also discuss the abolition of Disability Living Allowance for people aged 16-65, and the new benefit that replaces it.
