The business will be sole proprietorship as it is easy for me to open up a business without finding partners. Other than that, I also can have all of the profits without sharing with anyone as I make the business by myself. Besides, I also have full power on the control and decision to make for my business. Furthermore, I am free from governmental control relatively to start my business. Moreover, I also free from the tax which a corporate business need to pay.

1) Business Concept and Product images This business is going to promote the usage of technologies which is significant for today's society, such as in working sector, education sector, business sector and etc. Furthermore, the company emphasizes the concept of "Efficient, Accurate, and Effective". It proves to its customers that our products are products of good quality and yet the price is reasonable. This promises an original product with extra addition to increase the performance of the computer. Our company is also going to sell the computer gadgets so that it can ease the customers to find various computer accessories, like mouse, keyboard, and memory card reader and so on. Other than that, our shop provides the service of repairing computers if there are problems happen in the computer. Last but not least, we also supply printing service for documents, posters, banners and etc. Our company is proved to be effective and efficient as our company provides various type of service for computer which is beneficial for our customers. 2) Target of Customers: The customer base will come from 4 major segments: Secondary School, Colleges and Universities Bandar Seri Iskandar alone has five secondary schools with an annual population of 8,000 students. In addition, it has four more colleges as well as universities such as Universiti Teknologi Petronas, Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) and Institut Kemahiran Belia Negara which have large student bodies. So our business has a great chance to tackle our target as most of our targets are students who need computer urgently in their studies.

Government offices, Agencies, Training Centers Perak Tengah District Office, District Education Office, Malaysian Rubber Board, KEMAS Training Institute and five more government offices, agencies and training centers are located in Bandar Seri Iskandar which means that there are massive applications of computer in this certain area for their purposes of working.
