Association Job Description:
The Case Manager’s main duty will be to intake high-priority residents

Overview of Responsibility:
- Perform thorough intakes for residents.
- Develop a familiarity with area services for referrals.
- Go on home visits as a part of needs assessments.
- Make recommendations for services to bring into neighborhood.
- Assist other case managers in program development and other on
going projects.

Position Requirements:
- A background in social services preferred (academic or volunteer/work
experience)
- Intern must have excellent communication skills, both written and
verbal.
- Past experience helpful, but we expect to have to teach you how to do
this if you are a highly motivated, self-directed, responsible person with
a track record of successful achievements.
- Intern must be able to work alone and with team members.
- Intern must be able to think, work and function independently.
- Intern must be entering junior or senior year in college.
- Access to a car or bike for transportation.
- A laptop or computer.
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week).
