I. PROGRAM POSSIBLE PROBLEMS

a. If artists backed out?

A: The marketing committee should have replacement plan for the artist. If for example Ann Curtis and her sister Jasmine told us PRIOR TO THE EVENT (or during) that they will not be able to attend the show anymore, we will have to disregard their appearance and make our best models wear their clothes instead for the fashion show.

b. If the weather turned out to be at the worst scenario? A: Since the chosen venue is closed, before the start of the program, we will ask the securities or other personnel to assist our guests in entering the venue (e.g. from their service) with large umbrellas which will be provided by our Financial Committee. No hassle.

c. If a model did not show up during the event? A: Watching Project Runway through the years and seen this problem every season made us learn what to do if this happened. If a model did not showed up during the event, we will be calling our back-ups, those applicants during the screening who were unfortunately not called back. Since we called back 30 out of 50 female model applicants, rank 31st to 35th will be the ones to replace those who will back out. This is applicable also with the male models.

d. If some make-up artists did not show up? A: Since during the first or December, we re-confirmed Shiseido Philippines for providing us their make-up products, this factor is for sure. But the problem are the make-up artists, if one or more did not show up, we dont have any replacements ready for them. But we 1

FOLDED AND HUNG and BAYO 25TH OF MARCH, 2012 | SMX CONVENTION CENTER | 7PM decided to solve this problem or prevent this problem by calling out ALL female and male models as early as 2:00pm for hair and make-up since the program will start at 7pm, this is to prevent hassle, rush, and finish all models just in time even if not all the make-up artists showed up.

e. If the seats that were prepared are not enough because the venue is too populated? A: We will be preparing extra seats at the back of the venue so that if in case an audience ran out of seat, our security or a personnel will provide the guests his/her seat for her to enjoy the show.

3. MODELS The Marketing Committee set up a date for model screening: WHAT: MODEL SCREENING DATE: November 16, 2011 WHERE: SM City Pampanga (09177777777, look for Lay) Bring 1 Whole Body Photo and Close Up Photo for each applicant, and a valid ID. We will be screening limitless number of model applicants and will be choosing 30 Female Models and 15 Male models. FOR FEMALE MODEL APPLICANTS: We are looking for tall girls from Pampanga Manila with the guts to walk with 5-inches heeled shoes on the runway. Preferably brunette or black hair to showcase the beauty of Filipinas. FOR MALE MODEL APPLICANTS: We are looking for tall boys from Pampanga Manila with the guts to walk with anything they are asked to wear on runway (e.g. trunks, brief et.al). Preferably brunette or black hair to showcase the beauty of Filipinos and male models should NOT HAVE bloated stomachs.

Since our Fashion Show will be welcoming summer, we will have the winners of some of the event of the HAU University Days to perform during our event. We will be sending invites from the school and to the winners themselves.

7. BACK-DROP, LIGHTS, AND SOUND SYSTEM Lights and Sound System will be included in the rental package for the SMX Convention Center Halls 1 & 2. The Back Drop will just be simple yet sophisticated. This is the layout of the backdrop:
