Production Capacity of the Plant:a. Cutting Capacity: With 2 Nos 56 disc Block Cutters can cut 600 to 700 sq. mtrs. Per
day( its depending upon the block size.

Total cutting in sq.mtrs per month = 600 sq,mtrs x 25 days = 15000 sq.mtrs.

Processing Capacity : With above mentioned processing machines

mtrs can process per shift. Average 450 x 25 days = 30000 sq.mtrs. per month

Cost Economics:- Generally the selling price of the tiles is Rs.1300 to 1600 per Sq.Mtrs. Its
depending upon the country, colours & type of the buyer. Average selling price will be Rs,1400 per s.mtrs. Profit = Rs.1400 Rs.1075 = Rs.375/Sq.Mtrs.

Turn Over:- Usually in one container 8000 to 8500 sq,feet will be stuffing. One container
cost will be Rs.10 to 11 Lakhs. For the above mentioned set up can be produced 15 containers per month. Rs.10Lakhs x 15 containers = RS.1.5 Crores. The Average Annual Turnover = 1.5Cr. x 12 Months = Rs.18

Total Capital Investment- For the above mentioned set up if you are used cutting & Processing machines with all new utilities the approximate cost will be Rs.10 Crores.
If you are going for brand new machines cost will be 15 to 16 crores.(Its depending upon make)
