AGREEMENT OF SUPPORT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: This Agreement of Support (hereinafter referred to as the AGREEMENT) made and entered into this ___ day of __________ by and among the undersigned, all Filipinos and of legal age: WITNESSETH: THAT
A. JAIDINO H. LACDAO (hereinafter referred to as the HUSBAND), a resident

of #LOT 9 BLK 12, GEORGETOWN SUBDIVISION, MALVAR STREET MOLINO 4, BACOOR CAVITE;
B. MA. THERESA A. LACDAO (hereinafter referred to as the WIFE), a

resident of #LOT 9 BLK 12, GEORGETOWN SUBDIVISION, MALVAR STREET MOLINO 4, BACOOR CAVITE;
C. The parties to this AGREEMENT entered into marriage on 10 August 1984 at

____ and are still married at present time;

D. MARK JAISON A. LACDAO (2_ years old), MARVIN JAI A. LACDAO b(1_

years old) and JIESIA MAI A. LACDAO (1_ years old) are the legitimate common children of both parties and all whom are residing and staying with the WIFE;
E. The HUSBAND is currently working at Siemens LTD. addressed at P.O. BOX

4621 Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 21412 as a ____ with a monthly salary of ____;
F. The WIFE is unemployed and has been performing the duties of a housewife

since the inception of their marriage.

G. Out of their three (3) children, only MARVIN JAI A. LACDAO and JIESIA MAI

A. LACDAO are still studying;

H. MARVIN JAI A. LACDAO is a 4th Year college student studying BS Hotel

Room Management in University of Perpetual Help-Molino;

I.

JIESIA MAI A. LACDAO is a Grade Seven (7) Elementary Student also studying in University of Perpetual Help-Molino; NOW THEREFORE, in accordance to Article 195 of the Family Code, the HUSBAND agrees to continue to provide for the basic needs of the WIFE and their three (3) children by sending every month the amount of FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 45,000.00) to answer for daily expenses like food,

maintenance of the family home, medical attendance, transportation and all other things that are indispensable for their sustenance;
K. The HUSBAND also agrees to provide for the tuition fee of MARVIN JAI A.

LACDAO and JIESIA MAI A. LACDAO in the school or university of their choice while both are still pursuing their primary, secondary or tertiary education; which amount is over and above the monthly provision of FORTYFIVE THOUSAND PESOS (PhP45,000) mentioned in Paragraph J;
L. The amount mentioned in Paragraph J may be payable to the WIFE within the

first five (5) days of each corresponding month;

M. The amount mentioned in Paragraph K is demandable upon notice of such

demand on the HUSBAND; N. The provision of this contract is subject to modifications in case of a change in the circumstances of the parties concerned.
