LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
Northwestern Associated Student Government, Executive Vice President Spearheaded and ran in a campus-wide campaign including marketing strategy and platform development, winning 60.5% of 3,330 voters. Direct the vision of ASG while representing over 8,000 undergraduate students at Northwestern and serving as the chief liaison between the students and university administration. Oversee and manage the internal operations of a 150+ person organization, including a 14 person executive board, 51 person senate and more than 10 standing and ad-hoc committees. Manage all project plans, deliverables and organizational standards while ensuring accountability to the student body. Delta Upsilon International Fraternity, Northwestern Chapter President Managed and oversaw all operations of the fraternity including a $300,000 fiscal budget, external relations, internal operations and philanthropy/service initiatives. Decreased organizational apathy through a chapter management overhaul including restructuring the executive board, re-writing the by-laws and improving recruitment and member education practices, leading to an increase in chapter membership of over 60%. Leveraged chapter improvements to raise capital for a $250,000 house renovation.
