    ESPAO PARTICIPATIVO MOURA: CIDADE E TERRITRIO

    A participatory process defining another one.

    A project based on participatory practices of the ADCMoura. A project integrated in a bigger process of requalification of the city of Moura.

    What are we doing? Participative sessions to decide how we will deal, organize and implement the project: With stakeholders of the ADCMoura. Presence sessions, after or during hour work. Can be with a facilitator or not.

    We (project team) have several proposals, as a start, that participant will discuss, propose, take off... to build a model/strategy. Implement this model/strategy with people of Moura:
    Work groups Debates at the coffee All elements connected.. Structure flexile and modular A mix with demonstrative and collaborative Different levels of involvement of the agents

    Guided visits in the city

    Thematic workshops (professionals and other people)

    Transversal: local resources valorisation, interactive communication, demo/collaborative

    Problems/challenges:

    How to make this process attractive for the people ? How mobilize the people? Best way to communicate with potential participants?

    How to give feedback to the people? How deal wit the proposals non accepted? Best way to communicate with diferent stakeholders?
