Michael Eavis is responsible for organizing the whole process of the festival. 3. What would you say was the competitive advantage of the festival? How would you define customers perception of this? The Following can be listed out as the competitive advantage of the festival: 1. Organized by a group of enthusiasts and volunteers not commercially driven 2. Building a self sustained camp site which has the facilities of a mini town 3. Providing basic infrastructure and utilities to the visitors 4. Having a wide range of events arranged 5. Providing market stalls and kids area 6. Promoting a Green Environment In total, the whole layout of operations has been planned in such a way that the festival caters to all the wants and needs of the people who come to the festival. The Layout has been designed keeping in mind that the people are comfortable with the services provided. This adds to the competitive advantage of the festival.
