CONFIRMATION
Options are confirmed only once money has been posted against a booking. The deposit or full payment, if due should be received by Oceania Cruises within the option period. Payment can be made by wire transfer, company credit card or client credit card. If using a client card for full payment or final balance, the full amount will be charged and any commission due will be returned to the agent 2 weeks prior to sailing. When paying by wire transfer, we will confirm an option upon receipt of the banks confirmation of the transfer. If final balance is not received by Oceania Cruises at the due date bookings are subject to possible cancellation without prior notification. GUEST REGISTRATION FORMS

Once the booking has been confirmed, clients should go to the Already Booked section of the website (www.OceaniaCruises.com) to access pre-travel options such as the Guest Registration Form as well as pre-bookable excursions and speciality restaurant reservation. N.B. Travel documents will not be sent if complete information has not been received.

ONLINE PRE-SAILING OPTIONS

Using the Already Booked section of the website (www.OceaniaCruises.com) clients may pre book a number of items before they sail, including speciality restaurant reservations (once final balance has been paid to OC) and shore excursions (usually available 4 months prior to sailing and payable in full at time of booking).

VISAS
Oceania Cruises does not provide visas, except when guests take OC shore excursions in Russia. At selected other ports Oceania Cruises provides visas onboard if not already purchased a full list of ports where this is provided can be obtained from Reservations.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
The Cruise Vacation Guide, which forms the main part of the travel documents, will be forwarded via FedEx approximately 60 days prior to sailing if full payment and completed GRFs have been received. This should be forwarded via secure post to the customer as it not only contains information on their specific booking but also on the shore excursions that can be pre-booked. Re-issue of CVG will incur a fee of 30 which includes production and shipping. A Vacation Summary will then be e-mailed at 21 days prior to sailing.
