Fairey has been in the industry of branding, marketing, and design, but many of his artworks are fueled with political messages. Many of his famous artworks include pro-democracy and anti-war messages. Wally Olins
Art type: place branding Common media: digital illustration
Wally Olins has been commissioned in the past because of his ability to create brands that people would be able to easily recognize. Such is displayed in his simplistic branding posters and the logos that he has created. By creating a simplistic design, communication of the brand still occurs towards consumers, but in a more memorable manner, and one that consumers would be easily able to recognize.

Paul Rand
Art type: logo design Common media: undefined
Paul Rands logos were very well known for their modernist appearance. The logos also appear to be minimalist and were able to gain the recognition of many consumers. Due to his ability to create recognizable logos, he was very successful in the branding of many major industries of his time. There was once a time, however, that his branding design was considered to be too modern.

William Joyce
Art type: illustration Common media: various
William Joyce has a type of artistic style that I have always enjoyed since I was a child. His artwork contains many curves, giving his illustrations futuristic appearances. He also places an emphasis in shading to express the colors and dimensions of his artwork, aiding him in providing a futuristic image. I enjoy how his illustrations, yet futuristic, also reflect a retro style that is similar to that of the 1950s.
