"A

STUDY

ON

EMPLOYEE

SATISFACTION IN FENNER (INDIA) LTD., MADURAI . The main objective of the study is to find out the satisfaction of employees in their job which is being influenced by various factors like pay, working conditions, supervision, subordinate relationship, job security participation in decision making and welfare facilities. Individuals in the organization have certain expectations upon these factors. The data were collected through survey method. company. The collected data were classified and analyzed by using research methodology by adopting techniques such as percentage analysis and chi-square analysis. The study reveals that the employees have overall job satisfaction. A few areas of dissatisfaction are also identified and relevant suggestions are also made to improve the position. A well structured

questionnaire was prepared and the sample size selected were 50 employees in that
