    MOTION FOR VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL OF APPEAL Plaintiffs-Appellants, David Pickup, et al., pursuant to Fed. R. App. P. 42(b), move to voluntarily withdraw their appeal from the district court's order dated December 4, 2012, granting Equality California leave to intervene. The parties have agreed that each shall bear its own costs. WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs-Appellants move that this appeal be dismissed, with each party to bear its own costs, and for such other and further relief to which they may be entitled.
