December Property sales were 11, down 45.0% from 20 in December of 2011 and 50.0% lower than the 22 sales last month. December 2012 sales were at their lowest level compared to December of 2011 and 2010. December YTD sales of 216 are running 33.3% ahead of last year's year-to-date sales of 162.

Prices
The Median Sales Price in December was $722,000, up 69.3% from $426,500 in December of 2011 and up 15.9% from $623,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in December was $651,005, up 23.2% from $528,250 in December of 2011 and down 0.4% from $653,914 last month. December 2012 ASP was at the highest level compared to December of 2011 and 2010.

The December 2012 DOM was at its lowest level compared with December of 2011 and 2010.
