E GMM DRDA Project: Ministry of Rural Development Employment Generation and Marketing Mission under the department of rural development Govt. of A.P. importing skill based trainings for the rural youth and providing placement opportunities. CMC has joined hands with Govt. of A.P. to provide trainings and placements for this youth across state in IT / ITES streams from Year 2006-07. This is the one of the strategic customer for CMC. We have been associated for last 5 Years. In this Financial Year we have received an order worth of 5 Crores to train 8000 youth from rural areas in the programs like Telecom Sales, Hardware Networking, Computer Assistant and Tech BPO. CMC is being conducting the training and providing 70% placement for the trained youth in various organizations. In the last one year span we have conducted the training for 7000 candidates and placed 5300 and realized the revenue of 2.20 crores. Due to delivery excellence we are being awarded the repeated orders every year. One way making revenues for the organization and another side providing the Jobs for the BPL families for their life settlement, similar to social responsibility. Customer is fully satisfied with us the way we are handling and owning the project delivery responsibilities. In this Fy we have been given 19000 candidates order to the tune of 12 crores sale. We are executing this order at 80 delivery centers across the state. We are number one partner for EGMM Customer is also running the whole system under web based online system with transparency.

MEPMA: Ministry of Muncipal admnn Mission for Elimination of Poverty in Municipal Areas comes under Ministry of Municipal Administration Govt., A.P. are conducting similar skill based trainings and providing placement opportunities for BPL families of urban areas. CMC started the association in the year 2009 and conducted the training successfully for 6000 candidates.

In this FY we have taken prestigious order to train 8100 candidates for the worth of 4 crores. To this effect we have initiated 1500+ candidates training in the last Quarter. Hope we may be completing the balance trainings and placements before the closing of this FY. Here too we are the one of Major partner in fulfilling the objective of MEPMA. These two departments (EGMM and MEPMA) are handling major skill development initiatives across the State. We are being the leader in IT / ITES/Sales programs in both the departments.

AP State Minorities Finance Corporation (APSMFC)-Ministry of minorities

We are being associated with the deptt for last 6 years in imparting the skill development programs under this ministry budget. This year this department also being included in the Rajiv Yuva kiranalu mission. We are the only organization has been identified as a partner in this deptt and awarded 4100 candidates for training and placements in 5 districts in the first phase for the value of 2.8 crores. This Program delivery is going on at 20 delivery centers effectively.
