News From Room 207

Week of 1/21/13
I hope you are enjoying your extended weekend. I spent my weekend completing projects at home that I had been putting off and relaxing with my family. I am feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the busy week we have ahead of us. We have our Simple Machines assessment tomorrow (1/22/13). On Wednesday, we will have our first Mock English Language Arts MCAS. Please be sure your child is well rested and has a water bottle along with a healthy snack. The test usually takes most of the school day. Children are welcome to bring in sugar-free gum to chew during the assessment. On Friday, the Be a Problem Buster sheet is due. Please mark your calendar with the Invention Convention dates if you have not already done so. Our number is #100.
