acceptance of contract. If the exhibitor cancels thirty-one (31) days or more prior to the event, 50% of the contract amount will be
immediately due and automatically charged, if not already paid. If the exhibitor cancels within thirty (30) days of the event, the entire
contract amount shall be due and automatically charged.
