Hip Hop + Abs ZUMBA Hip Hop + Abs ZUMBA - Sonja - Sara - Kaila - Jessica Arthritis Stretch: Participants will use gentle movements to help increase range of motion while decreasing stiffness and pain. This class will help improve strength and flexibility. Boot Camp: Challenge every muscle group, improve your cardio strength, and push yourself to a new level of fitness. A multi-level class, begin with the level best for you. Core Blast: Help improve your midsection with strength, function, and balance exercises using the stability ball and BOSU. BOSU: Add elements of balance, agility, and coordination to traditional step/cardio moves and strength training exercises. Burn calories and strengthen your core; you will love this class! Zumba: A fitness program inspired by Latin dance. Principles of fitness interval training and resistance training maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning. Its a way of mixing body sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps, says creator Beto Perez. Its fun and addictive. Power Yoga: Power yoga combines traditional yoga postures with dynamic strength exercises through a breath-linking flow routine. It is a challenging total body strength and cardio workout; not recommended for beginners. Cardio Challenge: Low intensity, long duration cardio using various equipment. Hip Hop + Abs: This class is a combination of both dance and fitness moves that is an all over cardio workout. You will be so into the music you will not even realize you are working out! Come Shake! TRX Suspension Training: "Born in the Navy Seals, TRX body weight exercise simultaneously develops strength, power, endurance, mobility, durability, balance, flexibility, and core stability. No matter what age, injury, out of shape or pro- athlete, TRX suspension training meets you where you are and takes you where you want to go. Use your body as your machine!" ROCKspinning: This class is all about simulating an outdoor bike experience to music. The instructor will guide you through a ride that includes sprints, jumps, and seated/standing climbs. Please bring a towel and a water bottle. YogaFit: Designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of athletes or individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. Based on the ancient fitness science of hatha yoga, it blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. YogaFit overcomes the mystery of yoga by delivering a practical, user-friendly style, which is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of fitness.) Pilates: A body conditioning routine that may help build flexibility, muscle strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, hips, arms and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core or center, and improving coordination and balance Plyo Pump: An intense cardio workout filled with interval plyometric movements with core strength and abdominal focus. Each class is different and can be modified to your fitness level. All fitness levels welcome. TRX yoga fusion: a challenging workout that is an excellent way to incorporate stability, balance and flexibility exercises into your routine! (Not for beginners.)
