Your PTA funds 100% WITS bringing real writers into our classrooms, 50% Creative Movement classes, STEMscopes science curriculum (created by Rice University), technology upgrades including new computers and iPads for classrooms and teachers; Field Day; Math & Science Night, 5th Grade Graduation; Garden Materials and Outdoor Classroom Facilities. And the majority of this funding comes from (drumroll, please!) AUCTION FUNDRAISING - Tada!

! Without a doubt the childrens photo portraits were a focal point of last years auction, prominently displayed in Winter Street Studios. Again, this year, parents can pre-order portraits, and then take the photo canvases home auction night. ! Photographer Taylor Lee Harris, www.tayleephotography.com, is kindly donating her services and will be capturing candid moments of children. Images will be online after the auction and you can purchase additional prints directly from Taylor. ! If you want to donate an item, you can fill out the donor form online from the auction website or send the attached form into school to your teacher or to the PTA lock box. IMPORTANT NOTE: donations are gratefully received up to the day of the auction; however, they are most happily received by FEBRUARY 13th for inclusion in the catalog. Your items get better press & earn more cash for the PTA that way, too! Be sure to ask your hairdresser, family photographer, golf club, massage therapist, and the summer camps your child attended last year to make a donation!
