he Kappa Gamma Chapter of Alpha Tau Omega is hosting its second annual Cupcake
Throwdown philanthropy event on February 26, 2013 at 7:00 PM in the Silver Eagle
Suite in the University Union. Cupcake Throwdown is a budding philanthropy event
created in 2011 by Christopher Nguyen and has been well received by both the Greek
community at UNT as well as the student body and faculty. Cupcake Throwdown will
enable Alpha Tau Omega to support TeamConnor Childhood Cancer Foundation with
the money raised during the event.

The theme for this year is Greek Mythology. Teams of five will create original
cupcakes based on a Greek God or Goddess. They are required to bake six regular sized
cupcakes as well as 200+ mini cupcakes for all those attending to enjoy. Tickets are sold
at the door for $5.00 a person. Each guest will vote for the Peoples Choice award and
be entered into the drawing for door prizes.

I am writing to you today in hopes of potentially partnering with your
establishment to help us raise funds and support TeamConnor through donations and
sponsorships. We are seeking gift cards, items and apparel, or monetary sponsorships
to help our event reach its full potential. This is also a great advertising opportunity
as well as we expect there to be attendance of over 300 guests. Attached you can find
information about different levels of sponsorships.
