DESIGN FACTORS

Products are Great because there are reasons for them to be great

Objectives of lesson:
Students are to know what are the 7 factors and what do they mean. Students need to apply these factors in the lesson exercises to improve the products given.
DESIGN FACTORS
These are things that a designer needs to consider when designing a product. The aim for all designer s are to design looking product that is good to use.

Success Criteria
Students are to submit a summary of the 7 design factors and their descriptions Students are to submit the improvements made to the products in the 4 exercises. You must explain all factors affected by the changes, and isometric drawings to show how changes are being implemented.

Factor 1: Function
Refer to your textbook on Design Factor s to have a better under stan ding of what is Function. Do you think the baby likes this diaper?
