Chapter Excellence Program:

Our goal is to have 100% application rate for all of our chapters by May 1, 2013. The application and the Standards were sent via the all officer email at the beginning January. Staff has been conducting a webinar series to outline and review each of the 11 sections in depth. The webinars are recorded and available for view by members who were not able to attend the live broadcast. Staff has made phone calls to chapter presidents and advisors of chapters who did not turn in an application last cycle (2011) I will be reviewing the application/standards with the attendees during PLA. All participants will receive a hard copy of the application at PLA.

Greek Life EDU:

Total logged in: 1399 Total complete: 794 Weekly emails go to individuals who have logged on but have not completed the program reminding them to do so.

Monthly emails are sent to chapters with the names of the individuals who have created an account and their progress within the program.

Risk Management:
IL Epsilon The chapter was found responsible for violating new member education program. We have been working with the chapter to correct deficiencies in their program. A fine and sanctions were levied against the chapter. Dustin Thomas recently re-visited the chapter. DC Alpha The chapter was found responsible for the possession of illegal drugs on chapter premise. A fine and sanctions were levied against the chapter. NY Alpha The chapter was found responsible for providing alcohol to minors. A fine and sanctions were levied against the chapter. Vanderbilt Colony The colony was found responsible for providing alcohol to minors. We are working with the chapter and the University to identify appropriate sanctions. Sanctions and a fine will be levied against the colony in the near future. MO Alpha The chapter is currently under investigation for potential violations of new member education. The University has put a cease and desist on new member education. WA Alpha - The chapter is currently under investigation for potential violations of new member education. I am working with the chapter and its advisors to review the chapters new member education practices.

Founders Day Travel:

I will be attending the Toledo AA Founders day event on February 22, 2013. I will also be attending the Rubber City AA event on February 23, 2013.
