Dear Rev. Fr. Rodriguez: I am Karen Belle L. Bondoc, a graduating student of Saint Augustine Academy of Pampanga and a consistent Top Ten in my section. I was a part of the 2012 USTET takers but unfortunately, I was not able to qualify for my chosen courses which were BS Travel Management and BS HRM.
