The Median Sales Price in January was $1,625,000, up 89.5% from $857,500 in January of 2012 and up 21.2% from $1,341,250 last month. The Average Sales Price in January was $2,249,222, up 158.6% from $869,714 in January of 2012 and up 56.7% from $1,435,092 last month. January 2013 ASP was at the highest level compared to January of 2012 and 2011.
