Each site employs 1,000 or more unemployed participants. The sites are managed by an implementing agent. Seriti Institute, the Provincial Implementing Agents (PIA) calls for propsals for expression of interest from not- for- proft organisations to be appointed as Local Implementing Agents (LIAs). The CWP is being implemented in the following District Municipalities. Fezile Dabi, Lejweleputswa, Thabo Mofutsanyana, Motheo and Xhariep as well as the Mangaung Metro. Organisations interested in applying to be LIAs can obtain application templates and terms of reference from the PIA website. To download the forms log onto: www.seriti.org.za Minimum criteria for a Local Implementing Agent 1. The applicant must be a not-for-proft entity NPO Certifcate or NPC Registration 2. The applicant must have a bank account, at least one year audited fnancial statements will be an added advantage and a SARS Tax Clearance Certifcate 3. The applicant should preferably have prior experience of successfully managing and implementing a contract to deliver development outcomes relevant to CWP with government, public or private donor 4. The applicant should have an organisational infrastructure with offce premises; 5. The applicant should preferably have relevant community development skills, and the capacity to manage multi - sectoral work outputs at multiple locations in all the sites within the district, with the technical, logistical and fnancial management skills. 6. The applicant operates within the district municipality and demonstrates a good understanding of the local development context NB: Only applications from Not for Prot Organisation who meet the application requirements will be considered.
