The Organising Committee reserves the right to cancel a category or to move over to the next category if there are less than three (3) competitors in any category. Participants must produce their NRIC at the weigh-in and height measurement. For athletes competing in a bodybuilding category will not be eligible to compete in a physique category. Likewise for physique category

1) I have read and understood the contest eligibility and category definitions and fulfil the criteria to compete and decide to participate in this event on my own free will. 2) I am free to take part in any sports competitions and I am not serving a ban or suspension from taking part in any sporting competitions including bodybuilding. 3) I declare that I participated in this competition on my own accord and shall not hold the organisers responsible for any injuries, loss of property and/or death which may be sustained by me during the course of the competition. 4) I shall not withdraw from the event unless I have been advised by my doctor and have medical proof or letter from said doctor to do so. If I do not turn up for the event without a valid reason and prior written approval from SBPF. SBPF may take disciplinary action against me. 5) I agree to abide by the rules and decisions of the Organising Committee, the designated officials and SBPF.

6) I agree to pay for the Registration Fee of S$15.00 per category to Singapore
Bodybuilding and Physique sports Federation together with submission of the entry form Page 1 to 4 and that SBPF reserves the right to reject any incomplete entry forms
