Cambria: In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. All: Amen.

Cambria: May the God whom we glorify with one heart and voice enable us, through the Spirit, to live in harmony as followers of Christ Jesus, now and for ever. All: Amen. Scripture reading: Luke10:5-9 Reader: Let us listen to the words of the holy gospel according to Luke:

Peace to this house. The Lord said to the seventy-two: "Into whatever house you enter, first say, 'Peace to this household.' If a peaceful person lives there, your peace will rest on him; but if not, it will return to you. Stay in the same house and eat and drink what is offered to you, for the laborer deserves his payment. Do not move about from one house to another. Whatever town you enter and they welcome you, eat what is set before you, cure the sick in it and say to them, 'The kingdom of God is at hand for you."'

Psalm 127: 1-5 R. The Lord will build a house for us. Unless the LORD builds the house, the builders labor in vain. Unless the LORD watches over the city, the guards stand watch in vain. R. In vain you rise early and stay up late, toiling for food to eat for he grants sleep to those he loves. R. Children are a heritage from the LORD, offspring a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in ones youth. R.

Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their opponents in court. R
