Imulat natin ang ating mga mata at tayo ngayon ay dadalo sa isang pagpupulong upang gampanan ang ating tungkulin para sa ikalulutas ng mga suliranin ng paaralang ito. MEETING SITUATION A certain government agency together with three other private corporations donated P50, 000 pesos for the development of Mababang Paaralan ng Baryo Kapos. The people of this barrio aired the following concerns: 1. Immorality, stealing; 2. High priced commodities in the market; 3. Lack of health care; 4. Lack of connecting roads to other towns; 5. Need for electrification; 6. Need for farm equipment and fertilizers; 7. High rate of childbirth; 8. Need for jailhouse; 9. Need for public market; and 10.Need for improvement of water system. The School has the following problems: 1. Lack of classrooms and other school facilities; 2. No health clinic 3. No Guidance Office 4. The Library contains old books 5. No playground for children 6. Inadequate comfort rooms 7. No water supply 8. No place for recreation (courts, stage)
