HOA Meeting Minutes 1/8/2013 Meeting started at 6:00 attended by a board member quorum.

The board was unable to review previous minutes since they were not available. Gate discussion: Automated Gates will be out Tuesday 1/15 to do general maintenance and repair of the gates. A quote will be provided to replace system, at some point we need to consider this at some point as this would coordinate with the overall facelift effort. Deck discussion: Several deck railings are in need of repair. One bid has been submitted and Clinton will contact another company for a single railing bid and also a bulk railings bid. Motion passed to allow only linoleum or geckoflex product to be applied to the floor of decks and patios. Cabana discussion: The new fridge was delivered and placed in the cabana. Committee has been formed to put together a plan together and obtain estimated costs to update and give a facelift to the cabana. Grounds discussion Clinton is to get an asphalt company to assess the property and report on the status and degree of disrepair. Clinton will contact Allwire and Edgar to walk the property and discuss the lights that are out near the cottage. Clinton will ensure Allwire will quote a solution. Budget discussion Galen offered three options for the property painting project. 1.
