Availability of Equipment
Requirement Art Room: Set for shoot Description I will need to book the art room in order to build my set. The room will need enough space for lighting and props. As well as electricity to power them. I will need this as a backdrop to take my images. I will be using navy, black or a dark earthy toned colour. Availability Booking from college. I will need the room for a minimum of two days. One to build the set and the second to shoot.

Fabric

Self-brought/borrowed from the fashion department. I will need this for both days.

Costume

I will ask the models to bring their own clothes. Mostly dark, plain clothes with no brands.

Self-brought and models choice and will only be needed on the day of shooting.

Makeup

One: This will be very pale, From college. I will be asking and plain with a dewy the girls studying makeup to effect. do this for me. Two: This will also be very plain but with very dark eye makeup for contrast.

Equipment Video camera Preferably a HD video camera with SD memory and some audio input. This will be to document the production of my set. Canon Digital SLR camera with internal memory. An adjustable tripod with Booking from college, I will need this on the day of building and the day of the shoot. Self-brought, I will need this on the day of shooting. Memory card

An SD memory card between 2 and 8 GB in order to record the footage. Still images: Photoshop Moving images: Adobe After Effects Premiere and/or Final Cut.

Editing software

From college, I will need this after shooting, for approximately a week.

Other Refreshments of models This will be brought by me, and will be the models choice. Self-brought. I will need this on the day of shooting and the day used to build the set.

Health and Safety Tape H&S instructions/warnings Coloured tape to cover wires around the set. An emergency awareness plan, warnings about lighting equipment etc. Self-brought. I will need this both days. Self-brought. I will need this both days.

Availability of Personnel:
As I am working on this project on my own, the only personnel other than myself would be the models I hope to use. I will be casting models on 28/02/2012, but suspect the majority will be available on week days.
