Focus first generation entrepreneurs Priority on underdeveloped regions Start with Solar, but explore partnerships with different technologies by Year 3 Train 25 Entrepreneurs (20 small & 5 Medium) / year Train 5-8 Entrepreneurs for 45 days in 3 phases over 12 months 3 - 6 Entrepreneurs are Business Plan and Investment ready per year from 2nd Year onwards
