Message of Truth
Our physical body is a lump of wet clay which takes shape according to our thoughts (vichaar) and defects (vikaar). The Consciousness of Paramatma is all around us in the form of nature. Both thoughts and defects dont exist in nature. However, the more thoughts and defects we create in ourselves, the further we move away from Paramatma.
