Introduction:Corruption can be a somewhat elastic concept, whether its an American homeowner slipping the cable guy $20 for free HBO or a Chinese police chief setting up his twin-sister mistresses in a free apartment. In Afghanistan, corruption certainly means the disappearance of $900 million from a bank that has been likened to a Ponzi scheme. In Zimbabwe, it could mean hospital nurses charging pregnant women $5 every time they scream in pain, as a kind of false-alarm fee. Cultural norms can make it difficult to determine which countries have the most honest or most corrupt public sectors, although the annual Corruption Perceptions Index from Transparency International makes for compelling (and sometimes disturbing) reading. The rankings are widely accepted and often referenced by scholars, journalists, business executives and government officials.

For calculating the range confidence level of 95% and significance level of 05% is taken It is known the 5% significance level table value for Z is 1.96 used in calcul;ating range. any value lies between the range mean everything is neutral . in this case we accept the null hypothesis. In case of any value above higher level says people are agree with the statement. In case of value below lower level says people disagree with the statement. Question no. 1,2,3,4 & 5 mean are 0.3544304, 0.443038, 0.5949367, 0.3417722 & 0.3797468 which lies with in the ranges that are 18.765127 and -18.765127, 17.150881 & 17.1508 81, 17.873426 & -17.873426 , 18.535628 & -18.535628 & 19.567478 & -19.567478 this means students are neutral about Aam Janata party getting elected as ruling party as well as in other questions also.
