Ziad al-Labban POSITION President and chief executive officer (CEO), PetroRabigh BIOGRAPHY Ziad al-Labban took up his

current position at PetroRabigh in 2009. He is responsible for overseeing the phase two expansion of the petrochemicals facility, which will process an additional 30 million cubic feet a year of ethane and 3 million tonnes a year (t/y) of naphtha. PetroRabigh is a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and Japan's Sumitomo Chemical. Al-Labban joined Saudi Aramco in 1982 after graduating in electrical engineering from King Fand University of Petroleum & Minerals. His roles have included vice-president of corporate planning for Petron Corporation in the Philippines and chairman of Saudi Aramco's insurance subsidiary, Ovincor. Prior to his current role, he was president and CEO of Aramco subsidiary Saudi Refining Incorporated in the US. Al-Labban has a master's degree in petroleum engineering from the US' Stanford University. CONTACT Tel: (+966) 2 425 0390 Moroun Semaan POSITION President and director, Petrofac International BIOGRAPHY Maroun Semaan has overseen Petrofac's rise as one of the Middle East's leading EPC contractors across the oil, gas and petrochemicals sectors. Petrofac has won two packages at PetroRabigh. It will undertake the EPC of the tank farm and common facilities. Between 1977 and 1991, Semaan worked for the Greece-headquartered Consolidated Contractors International Company and was based in the Middle East. His remit included the management of oil and gas pipelines, process facilities and civil works on projects in Oman and Bahrain. He joined Petrofac in 1991 to establish Petrofac International. Semaan initially worked as the CEO of Petrofac Engineering & Construction before being appointed to chief operating officer (COO) in 2009. He has been president since January 2012. GS Engineering & Construction BIOGRAPHY Sang-Ryong Woo has led GS Engineering & Construction's operations in the Middle East and has ensured the firm is now one of South Korea's most successful contractors in the region's process plant market. GS Engineering & Construction was awarded three packages at PetroRabigh's $5bn phase two expansion. It will construct the ethylenevinylacetate/low-density polyethylene, ethylene propylene rubber, thermoplastic olefin and polymethyl methacrylate plants at the project. Woo was promoted to the top role at GS Engineering & Construction in 2007, having worked as CEO and senior executive vice-president since 2005. He was previously CEO and executive vicepresident of LG Engineering & Construction from 2003-04. Between 1983 and 1985, he

worked as planning manager for South Korea's Shinhwa Engineering in Shiraz, Iran. CONTACT Tel: (+82) 2 728 3606 Koichi Kawana POSITION President and representative director, JGC Corporation BIOGRAPHY Koichi Kawana is a long-serving employee of Japan's JGC Corporation and has worked in several senior roles since he joined the company after graduating in 1982. His previous roles with the company include serving as COO, managing director, chief senior director of sales, director of project business investment promotion and director of new business promotion. JGC has been heavily involved with the PetroRabigh phase two expansion, carrying out the front-end engineering and design for the project, as well as being awarded the EPC for the ethylene cracker debottlenecking. It is the tenth best performing EPC contractor in the Middle East's oil and gas and petrochemicals sectors, winning just under $1bn of work between July 2011 and June 2012. Kawana has a degree in economics from Keio University in Japan, which he received in 1982. CONTACT Tel: (+81) 45 682 1111 Pietro Franco Tali POSITION CEO, Saipem BIOGRAPHY Pietro Franco Tali joined Italy's Saipem in 1993 and became CEO in 2000. Saipem has been successful in the Middle East and North Africa, winning onshore and offshore engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts. Saipem will carry out the EPC for the aromatics plant at the PetroRabigh phase two expansion. Tali worked in Italy before he joined Saipem. Between 1981 and 1993, he worked for Italian textile giant Savio, rising to the position of administration, finance and control manager. He moved to Saipem in the same role and stayed in the position until 1996, when he became finance and control managing director. In 1999, Tali briefly worked as managing director for commercial activities at sister company Agip Petroli, before taking up his current role at Saipem. He has degrees in business economics and political science. CONTACT Tel: (+39) 02 5201 Lee Hae Wuk POSITION Vice-chairman and co-CEO, Daelim Industrial Company BIOGRAPHY Lee Hae Wuk has steered South Korea's Daelim Industrial through some of its best years in the Middle East process plant market and currently has more than $11bn-worth of projects under execution in the region. Most of this work is concentrated on the petrochemicals and refining sectors, which are among the firm's core strengths. Daelim Industrial won the cumene and phenol plants at the PetroRabigh phase two expansion after resubmitting its bid due to a change in the scope. Daelim Industrial is the largest EPC contractor in the region's hydrocarbons sector, winning $4.87bn-worth of contracts in the 12 months to June. Lee is one of three co-CEOs at Daelim Industrial and
