PROJECTS
After a great year in 2012, we are starting to see the renewal of development on the central coast. Allshouse Engineering is happy to be be partnering with RRM design group and Mangano Homes in the development of San Luis Obispos largest housing subdivision Serra Meadows. As a part of the Prado Road extension, this 177 lot residential development consists of 8 beautifuly designed, single family homes. Each plan has three different style options which gives the home owner the unique ability to select a plan that represents their individual styles and personal character. This has been a great design experience for our office as we have teamed with the City and other design professionals to produce a family oriented community while taking steps to improve the infrastructure and overall connectivity of the different parts of San Luis Obispo. Our hope is to continue to provide our consultants and the city with excellent structural designs to help improve our community.
