Bi nghin c u ny nh m tm hi u cc nhn t tc trong th i k t nm 2006

cc cng ty nim y t t i Vi t Nam. M u nghin c u g m 246 cng ty nim y t n 2011. M hnh nghin c u c p d ng d a trn cl p c nghin c u c a Wang Mou (2011), Mohammad Abu Sayeed (2011) v Mary Hany A.K. Dawood cng c ng s (2011). M hnh nghin c u c cc bi n ti n hnh ki m ch n thu t nh bao g m quy m doanh nghi p (firm size), kh nng sinh l i kh u hao (non-debt tax shield), c h i tng tr ng (growth c i m ngnh (industry i di n cho c u trc v n l t ng n trn t ng ti s n (LEV), ng c ngha th ng k n c u trc c l p khc

(profitability), c u trc ti s n (asset structure), tnh thanh kho n (liquidity), t m opportunities), r i ro kinh doanh (business risk) v characteristic). Ba bi n
