brothers, and we have passed unheeding on our way. In the pride of our hearts, and our unwillingness to repent, we have turned away from the cross of Christ, and have grieved your Holy Spirit. WORDS OF ASSURANCE Leader: May almighty God, who caused light to shine out of darkness, shine in our hearts, cleansing us from all our sins, and restoring us to the light of the knowledge of Gods glory, in the face of Jesus Christ, our Savior. People: Amen.

WE PRAY FOR OTHERS The pastor will share prayer requests and the congregation will respond: Lord, hear our prayer. After the prayers have been lifted, we will pray together the Lords Prayer: Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil, for thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.
