The majority of our Fine Deli Specialties has limited stock in accordance with the quantity and quality of fresh ingredients available depending on the annual picking. We use 100% Italian raw materials trying to privilege the local productions. Craftsmanship: Our products are handmade and have limited stock. As a matter of fact we can constantly verify each phase of the processing cycle. The majority of our Fine Deli Specialties comes from family recipes passed down through generations. The preparation of Saba dates back to the Roman ages with the Roman cook Apicius proof of this as he used it as a natural sweetener. It is made from apple must that has been slowly cooked down until it is thick and the flavour has become sweet and tart and it gives off an aroma of caramelized fruit.
