FORWARD: FaithFamilyFuture These are exciting days at Northside as we move forward to advance His Kingdom! Stop by the FORWARD table in the foyer to RSVP for our final Age Group Informational Meal on Sunday, March 3 (RSVPs due today) as well as the upcoming Church-Wide Banquet on March 14 (RSVPs due March 3). PRAYER EMPHASIS: Today begins our 21-day prayer emphasis (February 24-March 16). We hope youll join us! Please indicate on the card handed out with the bulletins today your involvement and turn the card in (through the offering plate or at the FORWARD table) so well have a record of your participation. Prayer Guides and information regarding our FORWARD Campaign are available at the FORWARD table. Wednesday Nights Join us for a great time of fellowship at our Wednesday evening meals (5:00 6:00pm). Catered by Lizards Thicket, the cost is $6.00 for Adults and $3.00 for children (under 10). The menu (2/27): meat loaf or baked chicken (choice of 1 item), corn casserole, early peas, corn bread, rolls and tea. Please RSVP for the meal by noon on Tuesdays. After the meal, all adults will meet in the Worship Center for a time of Corporate Prayer led by Pastor Rocky (6:00-6:30pm) followed by Corporate Teaching (6:30-7:30pm). Mens and ladies discipleship groups and adult choir practice will run 6:30-8:00 pm. All preschool, children and student activities will run 6:008:00 pm. Mark Your Calendars! Food From the Heart food drive is Saturday, March 9 from 9:00 am 6:00 pm. Each LIFE Groups will have their own store to be responsible for. Sign-up sheets for shifts are available in your LIFE Group. Hundreds have participated in this service project in the past. Dont miss your chance to be a blessing to those in need in our community! RUNNING TOGETHER: One Day Class Join Pastor Rocky on Saturday, March 2, from 8:30 a.m. 12:00 p.m., in the Student Center, as he teaches the complete Running Together Northside Membership Class. Northern Africa & Middle East (NAME) Cluster Meeting August 18-26, 2013 Join us in August as we minister to the workers and their families from this challenging area of the world. We will: Help with and minister to children (babiesage 11) using VBS type curriculum, special projects, etc. Help with medical needs. We have a medical team that will do various screenings, vaccinations, physicals and a lot of other things. We need trained nurses to go and assist the doctors. Also looking for: Physical therapist Pharmacist Speech therapist Dentist Massage therapist People who can give haircuts Ministry to wives. Suggestions: pedicures/manicures, women who sell make up products bring and sell to the wives Appalachia Mission Trip Interest Meeting Today from 12:15 1:00 PM in the Student Area (after the Worship Service). My Big Fat Greek Conference Do you want to minister to missionaries and their kids that come from some of the hardest places in the world? We have an incredible opportunity to encourage some of the most faithful of Gods servants. They come from many backgrounds but they all have this in common: they have sacrificed much in the pursuit of Gods mission. If you would like to bless and honor these faithful workers then join us in Athens, Greece from August 17-26. We will have two interest meetings: Sunday, March 3 at 4:00 and Wednesday, March 6 at 6:30 (Room 134). You only need to attend one and the meetings will only last 45 minutes. Hope to see you there. Northside - West Campus Informational Meeting We will be having an informational meeting about Northsides West Campus next Sunday (March 3), after our 10:45 a.m. service at the West Campus (located at 742 Kitti Wake Dr. - West Columbia). If you are planning on being involved at the West Campus or if you are interested in getting involved at the West Campus, this will be a great meeting for you to attend. Lunch will be provided.
