NOTE: 250-C20/C20B engines equipped with CECO controls are not affected. These engines have the external high pressure fuel filter which has a different plumbing and clamping configuration. (Refer to CEB-1095.) To prevent fretting on the fuel pump-tocontrol and fuel control-to-pump bypass tubes resulting from non-cushioned clamps.

FUEL SYSTEM, FUEL PUMP-TO-CONTROL AND FUEL CONTROL-TO-PUMP BYPASS TUBE CLAMPSREPLACE DESCRIPTION: Non-cushioned MS122903 Clamps on the fuel pumpto-control and fuel control-to-pump bypass tubes are replaced with cushioned P/N 6749387-04 or MS9825-04 Clamps. The clamps are secured with AN101013 Bolt, P/N 6857866 Spacer, and MS210433-3-3 Nut. Not affected It is recommended that the fuel pump-to-control and fuel control-to-pump bypass tubes be inspected at operators earliest convenience for fretting at the clamping point. If fretting is present, replace the tube(s) and install the new cushioned clamps. If fretting is not present, this bulletin should be completed no later than next overhaul. FAA-DER Approved This bulletin will require approximately 0.2 manhour to complete in the field. No additional time will be required during overhaul. Replace non-cushioned MS122903 Clamps on the fuel pump-to-control and fuel control-to-pump bypass tubes with 6749387-04 (or MS9825-04) Clamps as shown in Figure 1.
