The keynote session (1.5 hours) and the additional 3 CEU class sessions (3.5 hours) of your choice = a TOTAL of 4 separate homework sheets. 4. CDA CREDIT 5 possible credit hours (5 hours could also be used for possible licensing credit) Attend all CEU classes. Plan your class sessions with your CDA advisor. Submit the CEU homework, original conference certificate, and $15.00 fee to Carrie Stott (see CEU cover sheet) BY SUBMISSION DEADLINES to receive an official CDA training certificate that can be used for CDA credit.

5. CHILD CARE LICENSING HOURS 5 possible credit hours Attend the keynote session and 3 class sessions. The keynote and class sessions total 5 hours. Save your conference certificate with class session stickers on it. There is no sticker for the keynote, write the keynote code word given at the end of the keynote session in place of the sticker. Show the certificate to your licensor or have your center director put it in your training file. The Department of Child Development Office of Child Care Licensors make the final decision as to what conference sessions count for licensing credit.

6. UTAH STATE OFFICE OF EDUCATION LICENSING RENEWAL HOURS Information regarding conference attendance for USOE licensing renewal is on this website: http://www.schools.utah.gov/cert/License-Renewals/Categories-Acceptable-Activities.aspx#D Get preapproval of supervisor or by a licensed Administrator, or with prior written approval by the USOE. Each clock hour of participation equals one license renewal point, not to exceed 25 points for the entire conference. Conference certificate of completion with your name on it and with stickers for each session attended is your documentation.
